How are your canvas and frames constructed?

All canvases used by Kasia Frankowicz Studio are handmade in Geelong, Australia. The level of craftsmanship and attention that goes into producing each and every canvas is high with strength testing to withstand significant weight/pressure. The 25mm deep MDF stretcher also adds to the stability and warp resistance of the canvases.

The canvas stretcher is made from triple kiln dried, finger jointed pine making them extremely stable substrates for painting. The stretcher is 35mm deep.
The float frames used by Kasia Frankowicz Studio are made with 100% Australian-grown oak, this timber is earthy, authentic and on trend. Each frame is made to fit the accompanying canvas with an approximately 5mm float gap between the canvas and frame.

The Nature of the float frame material means each frame has unique grain in the timber. We aim to use the cleanest most consistent material we can get our hands on.

If you'd like a message for your gift recipient, please include the text you'd like included in the notes of your purchase. Messages will be hand-written upon a Kasia Frankowicz Studio thank you note.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, no. We do not have a physical storefront.

For large bulky orders or large artwork a pick-up point can be organised  in Sydney. Please contact hello@kasia-studio.com(mailto:hello@kasia-studio.com) to arrange.

When will I get my order?

Average shipping times are: 
Australia — 3-7 business days
Rest of world — 10-25  business days 
All orders are sent within 7 days of order placement.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and specific destination at checkout.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on the way.
Although we do our part and send all orders on time, we can from time to time be let down by the postal service. If a parcel is a little on the drag, please keep this in mind.
