The following terms and conditions apply: The Virtual Scavenger Hunt is designed to be used by individuals over the age of 16 or supervised by a legal guardian at all times during the activity.

 

Waiver - Risks, liability and indemnity

 

Whilst this is a low risk event, you acknowledge that participation in the app game may expose you to risks that may result in adverse effect such as physical injury and accidents. You have read, understood and accept the risks associated with participating in the event. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the Service.

 

You acknowledge that you will not put yourself or anyone else in any form of danger while using the Service (this includes during the completion of tasks within the web site). Prizes

The Competition is active during the following times (AEDT):

Thursday 26 May    4PM-10PM

Friday 27 May          2PM – 10PM

Saturday 28 May    10AM – 6PM

Sunday 29 May       10AM – 5PM

The competition is a completion of the hunt with each entrant is able to redeem a single POAP ("Proof of Attendance Protocol", a collectable non-fungible token) Only one POAP will be sent to be redeemed, per email entered.

Each day 1 person will win an exclusive limited edition print to the value of $120. The winner is chosen based on the most creative video or photo entry as judged by Kasia Frankowicz and must be added as an instagram story. To be eligible, enterants must tag @kasia.artist, @theotherartfair &  #findyourfortune to be in the running. Daily winners are announced at the end of each competition day.

All entrants who complete the hunt will go in the draw to win a major prize of a one of a kind NFT created by Kasia Frankowicz, sent to the crypto wallet of their choice. 

 

Once all prizes are awarded, no more will be given.

 

If the event organiser is unable to contact the winner within 7 days, another winner will be selected

 

The prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.

 

The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
